Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers


  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 hamburger buns, split


  1. Preheat Le Griddle for high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, the parmesan cheese, the onion, the egg, the ketchup, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt & pepper.
  3. Crumble in the ground beef & mix together by hand. Form the mix into 6 patties & wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure the bacon with toothpicks on the sides of the patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill & cook on both sides to desired doneness.
  5. Place the sliced buns on the grill until browned.
  6. Prepare on the serving plate the buns with desired sauce.
  7. Remove the toothpicks from the patties & assemble with the buns.
