- ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 6 slices of bacon
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- Preheat Le Griddle for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, the parmesan cheese, the onion, the egg, the ketchup, the Worcestershire sauce, the salt & pepper.
- Crumble in the ground beef & mix together by hand. Form the mix into 6 patties & wrap a slice of bacon around each one. Secure the bacon with toothpicks on the sides of the patties.
- Place the patties on the grill & cook on both sides to desired doneness.
- Place the sliced buns on the grill until browned.
- Prepare on the serving plate the buns with desired sauce.
- Remove the toothpicks from the patties & assemble with the buns.
