Garlic Buttered Sirloin Steak


  • ½ cup of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 4 pounds of beef top sirloin steaks
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat Le Griddle for high heat & warm up serving plates.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat, mix in the garlic powder & minced garlic. Set aside for later.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt & pepper.
  4. Grill the steaks on each side until desired doneness.
  5. Transfer the grilled steaks to warmed plates & brush steaks liberally with garlic butter.
  6. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
