- ½ cup of butter
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 4 pounds of beef top sirloin steaks
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat Le Griddle for high heat & warm up serving plates.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat, mix in the garlic powder & minced garlic. Set aside for later.
- Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt & pepper.
- Grill the steaks on each side until desired doneness.
- Transfer the grilled steaks to warmed plates & brush steaks liberally with garlic butter.
- Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
