Marinated Tuna Steak

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of orange juice
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon of chopped fresh oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 4 tuna steaks

Instructions

  1. In a large dish, mix together the orange juice, the soy sauce, the olive oil, the lemon juice, the parsley, the garlic, the oregano & the pepper.
  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade & turn over to coat.
  3. Cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat Le Griddle for high heat & lightly oil the cooking surface.
  5. Cook the tuna steaks for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Turn over the steaks then baste with the marinade.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  8. Serve the tuna steaks on plates & drizzle with the marinade to taste.
