- ¼ cup of orange juice
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon of chopped fresh oregano
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 4 tuna steaks
- In a large dish, mix together the orange juice, the soy sauce, the olive oil, the lemon juice, the parsley, the garlic, the oregano & the pepper.
- Place the tuna steaks in the marinade & turn over to coat.
- Cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Le Griddle for high heat & lightly oil the cooking surface.
- Cook the tuna steaks for 5-6 minutes.
- Turn over the steaks then baste with the marinade.
- Cook for another 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
- Serve the tuna steaks on plates & drizzle with the marinade to taste.
