How to Convert the Gas Le Griddle to Propane Gas

If your new Le Griddle arrives configured to operate on NATURAL GAS (NG). To convert it to LIQUID PROPANE(LP) please follow these simple steps. The nominal pressure for Natural Gas is 4” water column and 11” water column for LP gas.

 

STEP 1 : CHANGE THE ORIFICES

Remove the griddle plate by lifting straight up. Be careful, it is VERY heavy.
